When you use Right-Brain investing, there is no problem!
All you need to do is look at what you see and describe it.
Here is a Point-and-Figure (P&F) chart of the S&P 500 Index:
This looks like an uptrend to me! And, to top it off - a break-out to a new high this week.
You can find all kinds of reasons in the news as to the problems there are with the market. I am better off just looking at the P&F chart and let the buyers and the sellers tell me what they are doing.....after all, they are the ones that determine the prices.
How about the foreign stock markets?
Let's have a look at the Europe, Australia and Far East Index (EAFE) in the form of an Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) whose symbol is EFA:
Could this index be turning the corner as well? Looks like it to me!
